Something’s Brewing at Advent... Join the APA for a Spooktacular Time!

TUESDAY ~ OCTOBER 18^th

5:30-7:30pm
Lawn near Parish Hall

B.Y.O.P. {Bring Your Own Pumpkin} for Pumpkin Decorating.

Children will have the opportunity to decorate their own pumpkin, rice crispy treats, and parents can take candid pictures in a specially decorated area! 

Don’t forget your camera.

 The Advent church will serve dinner for a nominal fee of $2 which includes a hot dog, chips, and drink.

Please come and fellowship with other Advent families and get into the spirit of the season!

Advent’s Costume Sale/FUN-raiser

Donations* for the costume sale will be collected at

the beginning of the week in the courtyard:

Monday, October 3rd

Tuesday, October 4th

8:30 – 9:30 a.m.

11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

If possible, please bring your costumes on size-appropriate, inexpensive hangers. Gently-used costumes (of all ages … babies, older kids and adults too!) will be accepted (most items will be assigned set $3/$5/$10 prices), as well as accessories and sewing patterns.

Then, mark your calendars to shop at the end of the week:

Friday, October 7th

8:45 – 9:30 a.m.

11:45 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Only cash and personal checks will be accepted

A few volunteers are still needed to assist with the sale.
