LOOK AT WHAT'S COMING UP!

Advent Family Cookbook!!!Looking for some new recipes to spice up your week night routine, dessert menu, or interesting snacks for the kids?  Need a personal gift for Mother's and Father’s Day, Grandparent's Day, or birthdays?  Would you like a nice memento of your child’s year at Advent?  Then look no further – it’s time for the Advent Cookbook!  And your participation will make it extra special – without your help, it would not be possible!
The cookbooks will cost $20 and order forms will be ready mid to late February!  Each family that submits a recipe / photo will be entered into a drawing for a FREE COOKBOOK!  And there will be a section called Ms. Kim’s Corner with some of her favorite recipes!  There are three ways to submit your recipe and photo (the deadline for submission is February 4th):

1) Give them to your child’s teacher (disk format preferred)
2) E-mail them to jcpagan@earthlink.net or vikkimathews@yahoo.com (THE EASIEST WAY)
3) Drop them off at the Advent School Office! 

Distribution is scheduled for mid-April - just in time for Mother’s Day/Father’s Day, Grandparent’s Day, or birthdays!!!  So start snapping those cute photos of your child baking (or just having fun)! If you have any questions, please contact Cherie Pagan at jcpagan@earthlink.net.  And if you have a favorite recipe or two OUTSIDE of your Cookbook Section, please submit it as well – IF WE HAVE SPACE, we can add additional recipes and photos!

Play fun games, eat yummy cookies, and take home a Balloon Twister!

Please bring your own lunch and drink.  Parents- plan on staying with your child(ren)
Price to attend the play date will be $2 per child

APA GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING, FEBRUARY 16th!!!Open to all Advent Parents, Caregivers, etc.
Wednesday, February 16th, 9:15 am, Parish Hall
Join the APA Board to learn more regarding what the APA is, how the APA assists the school
 and how you can get involved! 

The APA Board now serves as the School Board as well!  Refreshments and breakfast munchies will be served...children are always welcome!
